Warren Wiltshire has over 20 years of Information Technology experience and more than 8 years of Venture Capital and Private Equity experience. His technology experience has been with both large retail companies, such as Home Depot and Tires Plus, and consulting companies such as Andersen Consulting (now known as Accenture). Warren has held a variety of titles including Director of Information Systems, Project Manager, and Consulting Manager.  His Venture Capital experience was as a Senior Vice President with Lovett Miller and Co., Inc. in Tampa.  He has managed both small and large project teams, directed an IT department with profit and loss responsibility, and has been a Board Member of several privately held companies.

Warren's educational background includes a BSBA - Computer and Informational Sciences, BSBA in Accounting, and a Master's Degree in Systems Accounting all from the University of Florida.

Warren is a currently a member of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum's Computer-rific Advisory Committee which provides computer technology for the Boy's and Girl's Club of Tampa. Additionally, Warren sits on the Technology Advisory Committee of the Boy's and Girl's Club of Tampa Bay.
